Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders delivered outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required by law to accurately declare the value of all shipments on customs documentation.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Late or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait an additional 5 business days before contacting us, as delays can sometimes occur during busy periods. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
