Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via our secure payment provider.

Your Right To Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are accurate and up to date. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Our products are cosmetic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always read the label and follow usage instructions.

Faulty Goods

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
